Come by and see why we boast having the best location of any student apartment community at Snow College.

We are right next to the Student Activity Center!  You can`t beat that!!!  Be sure to check out the webpage for current student activities by visiting our website here

We have a rich history of quailty living and well maintained apartments.  We are close to everything in Ephraim and right next door to school.  Don`t get caught having to walk to campus in the freezing cold when you can live right next door!
